Save Time With Simple Payment Options

Most self-serve laundromats only accept coins, but our payment options are a little different. All of our machines (including the vending machine) accept our Leaf Card or our App. No more making sure you have exactly forty quarters or fumbling around with change just to get started. Simply exchange your money (Cash, Credit/Debit Card, Apple/Google Pay, EBT Cash) for a reloadable and re-useable Leaf Card. It’s yours to keep, forever. Or, if you prefer, download our App, set up an account and don’t worry about keeping track of a card.

Simple

Do everything you need to at the Kiosk. Use it to get a new or replacement card, register or update your information, and check your balance or history.

Convenient

Your reloadable Leaf Card can be used at any of our machines throughout the entire store. That’s right – every washer, dryer, and vending machine.

Reusable

Load your card with funds, place it on the reader on the washers, dryers or vending machine to use it, and reload it when funds are low. The card is yours to keep, forever.

Be Sure To Register Your Card

Registered cards have benefits, so you will want to make sure that you register your card as soon as possible using the “Registration” button on the kiosk.

Recover Lost Funds

If you lose a registered card, your can replace the card (for a small fee) and the funds on the lost card can be recovered. Refunds are also processed directly onto your Leaf Card.

Receive Text Notifications

Doing laundry here is simple. If your Leaf Card is registered, you can receive text messages when your laundry is finished, which also allows you to keep track of which machines you are using!

Receive News and Promos

We may have news that we would like to share with our customers or notify you of a promotion we are running. Only registered card holders who opt-in will receive these notifications.

How To Get And Use Your Laundry Card

It’s pretty simple actually. Head over to one of the kiosks to get started.

New Card

Select “Touch Here To Get New Card.”

Insert bills or select “Credit/Debit.”

No change is provided; add full dollar amounts.

Your card is reusable, don’t throw it away!

Existing Card

Place your card into the green card reader at the kiosk (bottom left corner).

Insert bills or select “Debit/Credit” option

No change is provided. Be sure you add whole dollar amounts.

Replace Card

Select “Replace Laundry Card.”

Enter the phone # or email that you used to register the card.

A small replacement fee will be taken from the balance.

Use Card

Place your card on the reader.

To start a machine, select desired temperature and press “Start.”

To add additional time for Dryers, remove your card, place it on the reader again, and press “Start.” Repeat as necessary.

Use Our Laundry App For Payment

One of our payment options is our app powered by LaundryCat that makes doing laundry with us even more convenient. Instead of using a Leaf Card*, you can download our app, create an account, add funds, pay and monitor your laundry all from your phone. You can even reload the app with cash by using the kiosk in store. Click below to get the app and be sure to allow notifications!

*The Leaf Card and the app are separate and cannot be connected. If you would like to discontinue using your Leaf Card and start using the app, contact us and as a one time courtesy, we can move the funds from your Leaf Card over to the app for you.

Tips For Using Our Kiosk, Leaf Card, and App

Register Your Card At The Kiosk

To register your card, place your card into the green card reader at the kiosk (bottom left corner) and select the “Registration” option. You will need to enter a phone number and/or e-mail address to associate with your card. If you lose your card, you can use your information to issue a replacement card.

Adding Cash To The App At The Kiosk

If you prefer cash as one of your payment options, you can still use it (no coins) even on the app. While you’re in the laundromat, simply head over to the kiosk and follow the instructions on the app, and hold your phone over the green card reader at the kiosk.

Adding More Dryer Time

Place the Leaf Card on the reader and press “Start” to add more time. Remove the card and repeat as needed. This can be done before the cycle starts or even as the dryers are operating. Each “tap” of the card on the dryers costs the same amount, but different amounts of time are given depending on the dryer size; check the signs above the dryers in-store for details.

Refunds

If you request a refund and it is approved, Leaf Card funds can be claimed at the kiosk the next time you visit. Simply place your Leaf Card in the green card reader at the kiosk (bottom left corner) and the funds will be automatically added to your card. App refunds will be put directly into your account on the app.
