I absolutely love coming to this laundromat especially because it so clean, well maintained. It’s a bit pricey than most and at first I got a little frustrated at not being able to use change, but I got over it real fast because it’s actually worth it in the long run. I’ve never had any problems with any machine what so ever and THATS what’s important to me. I’ll be moving out of the area soon and I will miss this laundromat since it’s so hard to find a good one that’s as clean and all the machines WORK!
What’s even more impressive is the fact that if I want to find out if it’s real busy, the app gives you the option to see which washer or dryers are in use so when you show up, your already aware of what’s in use! I cone about once a week & that’s become so important because any spare time I have is used wisely!
Deffenetly come give this place a try!

My second time here. This place is consistently clean and all machines are in working order. This laundromat has a different environment then Love Laundry. I like how Leaf Laundry has logical layout with washers and dryers. There is also more room in the aisle ways. Other laundromats get crowded and difficult to move about. Great value for dryers. The selection of washing machine sizes ranges from mini, small, regular, large, and jumbo. The dryers also come in 3 sizes: medium, large, and jumbo.

Cons
-More expensive then other laundry mats in area, and no free wash/dry or discount days. Not even a rebate for loading the card.
-No restrooms for paying customers.
-No central A/C, just two giant fans (or possibly portable A/Cs) in back.
-It gets humid, and the walls are bubbling due to it.
-No outlets to charge your phone(not so common, but it's my preference)
-The wifi is not very strong (from sitting in my car right in front )
Pros
-Very clean on inside.
-Staff, when present, very friendly.
-It doesn't get too busy
-Free wifi
-The website that tells you what machines are available (honestly my favorite thing)
*Not having to do with the business exactly but the parking can be a challenge because of the gym, nail shop and stores right next to the matt.
Edit: Con – minimum loading balance of $8 (you will almost always have change left on the card)

🧺 Excellent laundry place, always a pleasure to come here! The location is super convenient, and the prices are very affordable. A huge plus is that it’s never 100% busy, so you don’t have to deal with annoying lines waiting for a free machine.
The inside is always perfectly clean, tidy, and offers great service. The washers and dryers are new and clean, working flawlessly. The payment system is very well thought out: you can get loyalty a card and easily top up your balance whenever needed. Safety is on point too—there is 24/7 video surveillance inside, making you feel completely secure. A special shoutout for the kids' play area; it’s a total lifesaver for anyone coming with children, keeping them busy while the laundry is running.
The only downside that stands out is the amount of lying trash around outside right in front of the entrance. It would be great if the exterior matched the spotless cleanliness of the interior. Other than that, it’s a solid 5-star experience! Highly recommended to anyone who values comfort and time. 👍✨
🧺 This is a great laundromat, always a pleasure to visit! The location is super convenient, and the prices are absolutely reasonable and affordable. A huge plus is that it's never 100% full, so there are no annoying lines waiting for a free machine.
The interior is always spotlessly clean and tidy, and the service is excellent. The washers and dryers are new and work like clockwork, leaving your laundry spotless. Payment is handled down to the last detail: you can get a special laundromat card and easily top it up whenever you need it. You don't have to worry about safety—there's video surveillance throughout the entire premises, so you feel comfortable. A special compliment to the children's playground—it's a lifesaver for those with children; they have plenty to do while the laundry is being done.
The only drawback is that there's often a lot of trash lying around right outside the entrance. I understand it's on the street, but I'd like the outside to be as neat as the inside. Otherwise, a solid A! I highly recommend this place to anyone who values comfort and time. 👍✨

In my lifetime I have had to frequent the Laundromat many times and in many places around my hometown when I was younger and while away at college. I have seen several in Memphis and I can honestly say this is the cleanest and most efficient laundromat that I have ever used or seen. In the entire place only one jumbo dryer was not operational and all of the washers worked. Now there is a jumbo that needs a little maintenance on the handle, very hard to close but otherwise it was operational. The floor was clean and there was seating available. The place is monitored so you have a sense of safety and while I was here security walked through. Vacation laundry complete.
Don't worry about getting change, you can use a loadable card or use their app. Just FYI, there is a charge for the card so I would recommend using the app if you don't want to shell out the other dollars. Now to the point of this review…. I highly recommend this place for travelers or locals.

I visit this place twice a month—sometimes three times, depending on my needs. Lately—specifically this month—I’ve noticed that it is much cleaner than usual. This leads me to believe that whoever is in charge of the cleaning is doing a fantastic job, and I’m very happy about that, as it makes me love this place even more. I’ve always recommended it, as it is an extremely peaceful spot and the staff is friendly; I love that aspect, too.

Decent prices, clean. And you also get a free wash when you leave a review ( but you need to first have leaf card). Which is a bonus.. it's worth it however bring you own laundry soap. Cheapest they have in vending machine is $4.. no coins or cash accepted.. must buy a card and every time to load its $8 minimum, which is the only down fall.

I love how modern this place is. Upgraded machines that are either app based or card. The app is awesome. You can reload everything in the app, pay with your phone by tapping to the machine and it notifies you when your machines are done. Prices are a bit high for me but its the closest to me.

This laundry place is great! It is very clean inside and there are plenty of well maintained washing machines and dryers of different sizes so you rarely have to wait.
I also like their card payment systemso that you don't need to bring or exchange quarters anymore.
They also have books for kids to read while waiting, and thats just very cute and unique.

I absolutely love the customer service this place provides, There extremely helpful and kind, The place is always sooo clean and smells extremely fresh, They have accommodations for parking as well, They have restrooms and the cutest vending machine with all your laundry needs, They even have the cutest little toy vending machines for little ones, Literally the only thing I'd say they need is a snack/beverage machine other than that I have absolutely zero complaints about this place, This is my go to for laundry needs I absolutely loveee the employees.

We loved Sylvia and Sean. Sylvia was the greatest! I have not been to a laundry mat in years, and had no idea of how it worked . Not only did I realize that I had a time limit to start before they closed, but she helped me hurry to beat it, under the stress and first time anxiety She eased my stress and I beat the clock. Her helper Sean was just as nice and cordial helping in every way she could. We are temporarily in the area and no washer dryer, but these 2 made us feel so comfortable and like we were at home! Not to mention HOW CLEAN THE PLACE IS, Sylvia never stopped working a/ cleaning or attending to other patrons while I was there! In these times we live in this type of customer service is rare. I’m blessed to have walked into leaf laundry today and appreciate their values of customer service. I will be back and continue to use their services when needed. Sylvia needs a raise ….

The place is cozy, well-kept, and has a real homey vibe to it. They offer great prices, and you can tell they genuinely care about their customers. It's the perfect place for quick, quality service with a personal touch. Highly recommend supporting this small gem in the neighborhood! Also it’s my first time here so I’m getting a free wash!!!

I was looking for the perfect place to do my work laundry. I tried a few other places and leaf laundry was the best and obvious choice. CLEAN, NEW WASHER, AND THE TECH IS AMAZING.!!! prepaid cards and if you want with same card they text when your load is done. Or if for any reason something up with your washer or dryer the phone notifies you. If you lose card the system can pull up your account and card gets reloaded. I made the best choice tnx leaf laundry keep doing great!!!
